 The founder of Northfield Capital Group, LLC is Michael Falcone. Mr. Falcone received a Ph.D. degree from Syracuse University and was a college dean in the State University of New York System for over 20 years. Mr. Falcone has been involved with commercial real estate for several years. From 1985 – 1994, he syndicated and acted as managing general partner in several commercial real estate projects. His background in finance comes from developing college and company budgets, cash management and investments, developing and underwriting loan packages and securing real estate loans.

In 1987, Mr. Falcone founded the Northfield Corporation, which
from 1995, concentrated primarily on funding commercial mortgages
throughout the United States and Canada. In 2000, the Northfield
Corporation merged with another corporation. Northfield Capital
Group, LLC, was then formed to more clearly reflect the types of
commercial mortgage products and services we are able to offer
clients.
